The book that changed my life...

White Teeth by Zadie Smith. I read it in high school and she’s been my favorite author ever since.

The most amazing meal I've ever had...

At Chez Janou in Paris with my boyfriend two years ago. It’s the most charming little bistro with insanely amazing chocolate mousse for dessert, which you serve yourself out of a huge mixing bowl.

The morning and nighttime routines I swear by...

Morning: I do five to ten minutes of meditation right when I wake up with either the Calm app or MNDFL’s new streaming service. Then I wash my face with Glossier’s Milky Jelly Cleanser, put on my gym clothes (these Michi crops are my favorite right now), grab an iced coffee, and hit the gym.

Nighttime: I try not to eat sweets throughout the day, but I usually will have a little bit of dark chocolate after dinner. Tony’s Chocolonely bars are my go-to. I use Tata Harper’s Beautifying Face Oil and then hop in bed with a good book.

The best décor hack I've learned...

When in doubt, succulents are probably what a room needs, at least in my house.

My interior stylist spirit animal is...

I’m really in love with Amber Interiors right now, but I’m also a fan of Katie Ridder and Studio Muir.

The Instagram handles I follow religiously are...

@thesill, @glossier, and @nytimesfashion.

This season, my go-to cocktail order is...

Anything with mezcal or a paloma, even if it’s not warm out.

The first lesson I learned as an Adult with a capital A...

Moving apartments in NYC without professional movers is a *bad* idea.

The most surprising thing I learned from a MyDomaine story is...

That you can flip your oriental rug and feel like it’s a totally new piece. Mind blown.
