Avocado Hummus Dip With Root Veggies

Love hummus? Love guacamole? This is the best of both worlds. With a bit of garlic, earthy tahini, and fresh lemon, this dip is the perfect side for a veggie crudité. This dip nourishes from the inside out with loads of B6, vitamin K, folate, potassium, vitamin A, and vitamin C. It’s a dose of vitamins for pregnant mothers and the perfect replacement for those who have a hard time with beans or lead a Paleo lifestyle.
2 garlic cloves
1 tbsp. tahini
2 tbsp. olive oil
2 tbsp. lemon
Sesame seeds, for garnish
Add all ingredients except olive oil to the food processor or blender. Blend on medium, adding the olive oil to emulsify. Pour into a serving tray, and garnish with sesame seeds and olive oil.
