Australian filmmaker Baz Luhrmann and his wife, Catherine Martin, have listed their Darlinghurst mansion, named Iona, for $16 million. The impressive 1880s Italianate manor, originally built for renowned pastoralist Edward Chisholm, features nine bedrooms on a nearly 30,000-square-foot block. Listed on the State Heritage Register through Sotheby's International Realty, the home blends period features with modern decor in Luhrmann's signature bold style, surrounded by lush gardens and a spectacular swimming pool fashioned in The Great Gatsby style. Luhrmann and Martin are reportedly looking for a smaller Sydney home and office after recently moving to New York with their two children. Scroll down to take the tour!
