If you look at some of the most popular recipe pins on Pinterest, you'll notice that they're all simple, realistic, and require little to no prep work. So it stands to reason that one of the most widely circulated recipes on the sharing site would combine all three of those offerings and more. Enter this clean eating recipe for one-sheet chicken and veggies from Gimme Delicious, which has amassed an impressive 349,600 repins on the sharing platform.

True to form, it's delicious, time-sensitive, and simple, containing just five main ingredients and 30 minutes of total cook time. What's more is that it's extremely healthy; it could be considered the bread and butter of clean eating (you can't go wrong with organic chicken and veggies). Simply pop this into the oven after an afternoon or evening workout, and you've got a week's worth of post-gym meals that will nourish and rejuvenate your body. One-Sheet Rainbow Chicken and Veggies

Ingredients:

Boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
Broccoli florets, frozen or fresh
Red onion, chopped
Grape or plum tomatoes
Zucchini, chopped
Garlic cloves, minced
Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper
Red pepper flakes (optional)
Paprika
Olive oil

Instructions:

Pre-heat oven to 450°F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil, and set aside.

Place the chicken and veggies in the baking dish. Sprinkle all the spices and garlic evenly over the chicken and veggies. Drizzle with the olive oil. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until the veggies are charred and chicken is tender.
