You'll Never Pay Full Price for Flights (If You Book Through These 6 Sites)

One of the most common reasons people opt out of a trip is the standard, "I can't afford it." While we're all about living within your means, the sheer number of travel resources available on nearly every medium means you almost never have to pay full price. And doing the extra legwork up front is worth it: Research shows that traveling the world relieves stress, enhances creativity, and boosts happiness and life satisfaction. To give both your wallet and your conscience a break, Hello Giggles recently put together a list of travel discount sites to visit before booking airfare or lodging. Below, read up on the six sites they always double-check before clicking purchase.

Skyscanner: Similar to the Hopper app, Skyscanner helps you locate the cheapest possible flights as well as the best times to travel. "Or if you know when you want to travel, but maybe not where, you can search 'everywhere' to find all your affordable options," Hello Giggles adds.

Wow Air: This Icelandic airline offers some of the cheapest fares out there. It provides international economy air travel to Europe, the United States, and parts of Asia. One caveat: They do charge for baggage, so be prepared to travel light.

Nomadic Matt: From The New York Times best-selling author of How to Travel the World on $50 a Day, writer Matt Kepnes offers financial tips and tricks for traveling the world on the cheap.

The Flight Deal: Simply follow @TheFlightDeal on Twitter and never pay full-price for a flight again. "Trust us when we say the deals they find are unbelievable," notes Hello Giggles.

Priceline: A veteran in the world of discount booking sites, Priceline is still a solid option when it comes to comparing fares from different airlines. It also features deals on lodging, rental cars, and vacation packages.

Hotwire: Another tried-and-true resource, Hotwire will help you snag the best lodging deals from around the world. You can even opt for "hotel roulette" for even steeper discounts.
