In the world of celebrity real estate, nothing is more fascinating and/or soul-crushing than the homes belonging to famous teens. The fact that they have managed to purchase a family-size home before most people even outgrow their childhood bedroom is one thing—the amount of money they make when selling their homes is quite another. While we covered reality TV star Kylie Jenner’s first adventure in real estate back in early 2016, there are many other teenage celebrities to add to this exclusive list of young homebuyers. With the help of Zillow, here are three other celebrities who purchased homes between the ages of 13 and 19:

Drew Barrymore (age 15)

Hollywood darling Drew Barrymore made quite a name for herself as a child star, and that includes her early proclivity for real estate. The California native purchased her first home in 1990, at the tender age of 15, after amassing fame and fortune for her roles in E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial, Irreconcilable Differences, Far From Home, and more. Smack dab in the middle of Beverly and Melrose, Barrymore sought privacy away from her parents—and paid half a million dollars for it. Just over a decade later, in 2001, the actress sold the 2500-square-foot home to Edward Norton for $611,000, adding $111,000 to her bottom line.

Daniel Radcliffe (age 18)

While the Harry Potter star has flown relatively low under Hollywood’s radar since the franchise ended, his impressive real estate portfolio certainly warrants some attention. According to Zillow, Radcliffe purchased two multimillion-dollar Manhattan apartments “before he could legally drink vodka.” Although his first purchase, an 1800-square-foot loft in the heart of SoHo, is registered to both him and his parents, the then-18-year-old actor shelled out $4.3 million of his own hard-earned cash for the apartment. You can now rent Radcliffe’s space for a casual $19,000 per month.

Miley Cyrus (age 16)

Billy Ray Cyrus’s daughter first made a name for herself as Disney Channel’s Hannah Montana, and her efforts certainly paid off. At just 16 years old, Miley Cyrus purchased a 4000-square-foot home in Toluca Lake, California, shelling out $3.4 million for the spacious abode. Just two years later, at age 18, Cyrus upped the ante with the purchase of a $3.9 million midcentury-modern home in Studio City. While Cyrus has since outgrown her teen identity, her interest in real estate has persisted; most recently, the pop star paid $2.5 million for a Malibu bungalow.
