Before these celebrities were red carpet fixtures and Oscar-nominees they were all struggling actors and writers learning the ropes in school or searching for their big break. As it goes when you're young and money is tight, these famous pairs all lived together to split rent and help ends meet. From Nashville star Connie Britton essentially squatting with Parenthood's Lauren Graham to Wes Anderson sharing student housing with Owen Wilson, keep scrolling for some fun surprises.
The television stars lived together while they were both trying to make it in Hollywood. "We lived in an empty house that we weren't supposed to be living in," Graham has said. "We had no furniture and all we ate were Rice Krispies Treats."
This comedic duo also lived together when first trying to make it in the entertainment industry. In the past, they've called themselves "an old married couple."
Wilson is a frequent star in Anderson's films so it makes sense that the pair have been friends since meeting and then living together while both students at The University of Texas.
The A-listers met while they were both acting students in New York back in 1966. Two years later they moved in together and are still friends today.
It probably doesn't surprise you that this famous duo, who have been friends since childhood, lived together while penning their Oscar-winning film Good Will Hunting. "We rented this house on the beach in Venice and 800 people came and stayed with us and got drunk," Affleck once said.
