PSA: You Can Make Your Italy Vacation Happen for $189 (but You Have to Act Fast)

Alina Gonzalez

Whether it's Rome, Positano, Florence, Venice, or any canal-lined coastal city, visiting Italy for an Under the Tuscan Sun–style adventure is the dream. The wine, the pizza, the gelato… If you've caught up with Season 2 of Master of None, you probably have more Italian wanderlust right now than ever.

Thankfully, Norwegian Air is making it possible to satisfy that Italy bug by launching $189 flights from the U.S. to Rome starting this November. The airline will begin flying nonstop to Rome's Fiumicino airport from U.S. cities on both coasts, with introductory ticket prices of $189 for one-way flights.

Though the flights at this price don't take off until later in the year, you can book them now (which we strongly suggest you do!). An under-$200 direct flight to Europe is no typical fare, so while you're getting the wheels rolling on summer travel, you can also have something to look forward to once summer comes to a close.
