Inside a Colorful 19th-Century Apartment in Sweden
There's something about a 19th-century space that takes our breath away. The beautiful architectural details, arched windows, and original features give the building its unique character and charm. Homeowner Sara Gerum worked with famed interior stylist Pella Hedeby to mix the classic design with an idiosyncratic vibe to create a highly personal and livable space we all want to call home. We love the unexpected bright pops of color from the neon orange dining chairs to the lime-green rug in the living room which add a distinct, modern flair while still preserving the era-specific style of the interior.
