If you live in San Francisco or Los Angeles and haven’t come up with a plan for Thanksgiving, allow me to introduce you to Din. A meal service company similar to Blue Apron, Din delivers fresh ingredients to your doorstep along with a recipe for a restaurant-quality dinner that can be made in 20 minutes. Think of Din as the team of sous chefs at a restaurant. They prep all of the ingredients for you, and when it comes time to fire the dish, you, the executive chef in your own kitchen, simply cook it and assemble the finishing touches—a task that takes no more than 20 minutes to accomplish.

For Thanksgiving, Din has partnered with beloved San Franciscan chef Thomas McNaughton to create the ultimate Turkey Day spread. There’s a heritage turkey that’s broken down into pieces, and a slew of delicious-sounding sides, like pumpkin and sage risotto and Brussels sprouts with chorizo, currants, and Spanish goat cheese. For dessert, there are pies (toffee apple, crème pumpkin, and chocolate pecan with graham cracker crust) from Three Babes Bakeshop. Din’s holiday preorders end tomorrow, so if you want to a make Thanksgiving easy, act fast.

To learn more about chef Thomas McNaughton, check out his first cookbook. It’s named after his restaurant, Flour + Water.
