Coffee lovers, rejoice! A new report from the Institute for Scientific Information on Coffee, a nonprofit dedicated to studying the health benefits and damages of coffee, has proved that drinking multiple cups of black coffee is incredibly preventive against heart disease. According to the study, consuming several cups of coffee per day drastically cuts the risk of cardiovascular deaths, by about 21%, and also naturally lowers the risk of developing diabetes. Other mentioned habits that can prevent heart disease? Regular healthy lifestyle choices (such as moderate drinking, no smoking, and psychical exercise) and a Mediterranean diet.
