Ingredients

1-2 bottles white wine (Pinot Grigio or Chenin Blanc)

2 cups brandy

4 cups apple cider or apple juice

1 1/2 cups pineapple juice

1 1/2 cups ginger ale

2 cups fresh apples, cubed

Dash of cinnamon

Mint leaves, for garnish

Directions

In a large pitcher, combine wine and apple cider to taste. Add ginger ale, and stir. Add pineapple juice and brandy. Add a dash of cinnamon, and stir until blended. Chop two cups of fresh apples into cubes, and place in the pitcher. Refrigerate for two hours to give the flavors time to mingle. Pour over ice, and garnish with mint leaves.
