This Is Exactly What Gigi Hadid Does to Stay in Amazing Shape

One scroll through Gigi Hadid's Instagram feed and you'll most likely be in awe of both her style and fit physique. Naturally, the Victoria's Secret model has made eating healthy and working out a regular part of her routine, but her toned figure is far from effortless.
"I was a volleyball player for 12 years, I rode horses my whole life, and now I box every day," said Hadid, as quoted by PopSugar. "I always say … eat clean to stay fit, and then have a cheat day to stay sane." It was her competitive nature that ultimately what led her to boxing after her high school years. "Boxing has been great for me because it's like my new sport, and it's something that I can get better at," she told Vogue. "When you're boxing, you get so into it mentally that you kinda forget what's going on, you forget that you're working out."
Hadid trains with former professional fighter Rob Piela at New York City's Gotham Gym, where a typical workout includes boxing and ballet. "We start with jump rope—there's no better way to slim down legs—and we end with ballet-inspired floor exercises. … In the middle, we box," said Piela to W Magazine. "All the girls I work with can fight—boxing is great for someone who's competitive."
