Here's What Everyone Was Drinking at the Golden Globes

Julia Millay Walsh

An invitation to the Golden Globes may not have been in the cards for you this year, but you can still introduce some of that golden glamour into your life. Model and avid cook Elettra Wiedemann, the visionary behind food site The Impatient Foodie, was asked by Moët to create two specialty cocktails for the big event, and she's shared the recipe so we can all make them at home. Mix this one for your friends at your next sophisticated gathering!

Moët Bijou Rouge

Ingredients

2 ounces of gin (Smooth Ambler)

1/2 ounce dry Curaçao

3/4 sweet vermouth (carpano antiqua)

2 dashes of orange bitters

Brandied cherry garnish (adding in a touch of the brandied cherry syrup)

Moët Brut Champagne

Directions

Combine the gin, dry Curaçao, vermouth, and orange bitters in a cocktail shaker and mix well to combine. Pour into a coupe glass (if you have one) and top with Moët Brut. Be sure to top with brandied cherry and add in a little of the yummy, sweet syrup.
