Grapefruit, Avocado, Radish, and Salmon Crudo

Wild salmon might just be the perfect protein! Full of omega-3 fatty acids, 200% daily value of B12, vitamin D, and selenium for hormone health and a large amount of lean protein, it's a favorite of mine. Crudo is also a fresh, clean way to eat fish without the excess salt in sushi. Enjoy!
1/2 lb. sushi-grade salmon, thinly sliced
1 avocado, cubed
1 pink grapefruit, cut into segments
Red radish, sliced
2 tbsp. avocado oil
1 tbsp. grapefruit juice
1 tbsp. lemon juice
Pink Himalayan salt
Cracked black pepper
Layer salmon, avocado, grapefruit, and radish on a serving dish. Whisk together avocado oil, grapefruit juice, salt, and pepper. Drizzle on crudo and enjoy!
