Heidi Klum's Summer Rental Is a Design Paradise

According to Elle Decor, model and television host and judge Heidi Klum is renting the 7180-square-foot West Village townhouse owned by Bob and Cortney Novogratz of HGTV's Home by Novogratz and Bravo's 9 by Design. The home, which was featured on the Bravo show, has been on the market for years and, though originally listed for $25 million, has since been reduced to $17.95 million. Now, Klum is renting the five-story space (which she once shared with former husband Seal) for $17,000 a month.
