Jennifer Lopez Can't Sell Her $12 Million L.A. Home—Can You See Why?

Kelsey Clark

Despite the sleek aesthetic and glamorous amenities offered at Jennifer Lopez's $12.5 million Hidden Hills home, the property has been stuck in limbo on the real estate market since early 2015. With nine bedrooms, 12 bathrooms, and eight fireplaces, we assume that Lopez and then-husband Marc Anthony purchased the home with the intent of growing their small family of two. The estate includes five-star celebrity perks, including a recording and dance studio, a 20-seat movie theater, a lounge with a wet bar, a resort-style pool and spa, a card and gaming area, a massive movie star–style dressing room, an eight-car garage, a full guest suite, and more. As Elle Décor speculates, the home may be slightly too celebrity, with the over-the-top luxury offerings turning off potential buyers.

Tour Jennifer Lopez's Hidden Hills home below, and share your thoughts on why buyers aren't biting in the comments.
