No other celebrity clan invites this kind of curiosity quite like the Kardashian-Jenner sisters. Their mixture of candid relatability and out-of-this-world superstardom makes them prime candidates for the world's roving eyes. Which is why when Khloé Kardashian revealed the truth of her sisters' individual eating habits on her website, we were intrigued. After all, Kendall, Kylie, Kourtney, Kim, and Khloé are some of the world's most body-positive celebrities, choosing to embrace their curves in the face of unrealistic beauty standards. Fans of Keeping Up With the Kardashians are familiar with the eldest sister's commitment to health. And according to Khloé, Kourtney is definitely the most strict when it comes to what she puts into her body: "She's by far the most cray about her diet! Kourt only eats organic food and has pretty much convinced herself that she is allergic to dairy and gluten too," said Khloe. "I always feel like I need to lock my pantry before she comes over so she doesn't yell at me for what's in it."
Surprisingly, Kendall is reportedly on what Khloé calls the "anti-model diet." According to her post, Kendall "loves burgers and pizza and goes to In-N-Out all the time. Kendall is my go-to girl on cheat day!" Kendall is also arguably the most active of the sisters—the self-proclaimed tomboy of the group, Kendall can be seen horseback-riding, dirt-biking, paddleboarding, and more in many episodes of KUWTK.
Perhaps the most vocal about her eating habits, Kim has already confessed her allegiance to the Atkins diet after giving birth to baby Saint. While the mother-of-two sees the diet plan as a healthy, safe way to watch her figure, Khloé confesses that she "wouldn't last a day on Kim's new diet," she writes. "It involves cutting out all sugar and carbs, but it allows meat and dairy. I like sweets too much and also don't eat red meat or dairy, so I'm saying hell no to this one!"
If you follow the youngest of the five sisters on Snapchat, you'll know that the Lip Kit queen is not shy about her eating habits. According to Khloé, Kylie eats "like a typical teenager," opting for ramen noodles, pasta, and sweets. "But she's also super aware of what she puts in her body when it comes to fresh and organic foods," writes Khloé. "It's all about moderation!"
