Kate Moss Makes Her Interior Design Debut—Take the Tour!
Kate Moss is no stranger to luxury design—we all want to emulate her signature style—but interiors aren’t her usual domain. However, this month the supermodel proved her style nous by “branching out” into interior design for the first time with “The Barnhouse.” The five-bedroom country house is located in the private Cotswolds retreat, The Lakes by Yoo, and features a stunning high-ceiling reception space, massive outdoor entertaining deck, and private pool. Kate collaborated with Katie Grove of Grove Interiors, the designer behind all of Moss’s properties. Together they created an “eclectic” retro-glamour take on the traditional English home, fusing vintage pieces from the 1920s to the 1970s with modern pop culture and works by iconic artists Damien Hirst and Chris Levine. The supermodel handpicked furniture for the space, including the plush velvet sofas in the reception, and enlisted British artisan David Haddock—who also designed Kate’s personal dressing room at her London home—to create the incredible mirrored four-poster bed in the master bedroom. Scroll down to take the tour of Kate’s “luxurious haven in the woods.”
