The Bathroom Trick Kourtney Kardashian Swears By for a Better Body

While it's no secret how Kourtney Kardashian stays in incredible shape—she regularly shares her intense workouts on Snapchat—she did just spill a fitness trick that might come as a surprise to even her most loyal followers.

The eldest of the Kardashian sisters recently proved just how far her dedication to fitness goes by revealing that she does no fewer than 100 squats before every shower. When she's in the bathroom about to hop in the shower, she takes a break from her morning routine to work on her famous physique. Committing to 100 squats right then and there guarantees she doesn't forget or make excuses later in the day, and as soon as she's done, she can rinse off the sweat.

Squats aren't the only part of Kardashian's fitness regimen that she makes time for in the bathroom. As the mother of three tells E!, "If I know bikini time is coming up or I have a trip or I have something that I want to be extra in shape for, I'll do dips on my bathtub for my triceps." She aims for a whopping three sets of 25 a day. When it comes to hitting the gym, which Kardashian does six days a week, she makes sure to switch up her routine.
