Inside a Comedy Legend's $2.45M Greenwich Village Apartment

Kelsey Clark

The only thing more impressive than Louis C.K.'s comedy career is his extensive New York City real estate portfolio. The stand-up star just purchased yet another Greenwich Village co-op from architects Peter Eisenman and Cynthia Davidson, shelling out $2.45 million for the space. The two-bedroom, two-bathroom home is just a few blocks from the brownstone on West 4th Street where the comedian owns four units with ex-wife Alix Bailey. Featuring gorgeous hardwood floors, a rooftop deck, stainless steel kitchen appliances, and two floor-to-ceiling bookcases custom-designed by Eisenman, the apartment was reportedly popular, accumulating three other offers before Louis C.K. closed the deal.
