Step Inside This $3 Million L.A. Home Designed by Nate Berkus

We could go on and on about Nate Berkus—from his stunning bohemian-inspired Target line to his expertise as a designer, businessman, and father, the California native has stolen a piece of our hearts, in addition to those of Oprah, Jennifer Lopez, Billy Joel, and more. Most recently, Berkus and his husband, fellow interior designer Jeremy Brent, purchased a 1920s Spanish Revival home in Los Angeles, adding their signature touch to the $2.36 million home. The duo then relisted the revamped estate for a cool $2.995 million, according to Trulia. The five-bedroom, five-bathroom home is located right above the Sunset Strip, just blocks away from the Chateau Marmont and Marlon Brando's former home. Featuring gorgeous Spanish-style arches, crown moldings, high ceilings, a wood-burning fireplace, an outdoor pool, and, most importantly, a Nate Berkus–designed interior, it's safe the say the home is well worth the almost $3 million price tag.
