Pear and Gorgonzola Crostini
LeafTV brings us darling video tutorial for an easy and delicious fall appetizer.
1/2 cup Gorgonzola
1/2 cup of butter
- Slice pears.
- Whip 1/2 cup Gorgonzola and 1/2 cup of butter together until light and fluffy.
- Toast 1/4 " thick baguette slices.
- Place pears on toasted baguette slices, top with cheese, drizzle with honey.
