Would You Have a Pop-Up Wedding?
Pop-up dinners are all the rage in big cities across the world, so it was only a matter of time when nuptials followed suit. "Couples who choose a Pop-Up Wedding are open-minded and creative, with a great sense of adventure," says pop-up wedding planner Cayleigh Hopkins. Unlike traditional weddings, there are no formal invitations to a pop-up wedding; on your big day, the planners gather your guests under false pretenses, surprising them with an affair to remember. "Only when they arrive do they realize that they are walking into your wedding," Hopkins says.
Assuming the typical wedding planning headaches for the bride and groom, the planners coordinate the venue, catering, rentals, photography, florals, and a cake. They work with iconic locations like San Francisco's Golden Gate Park and Los Angeles' Santa Monica Pier to ensure the venue is as captivating as the surprise. Sounds pretty fabulous to us.
