Step Inside a Fashion Blogger's Chic Office Closet
Salt Lake City-based fashion blogger Rachel Parcell of Pink Peonies revealed the design of her custom closet, which also acts as a workspace and office, and we are blown away by its feminine, girly-glam design. The space, designed by Alice Lane, features a custom island, shoe room, and mirror-backed millwork, and is chock full of classically feminine details like wall-to-wall leopard carpet, gold hardware, and a pink Lucite chandelier.
The closet’s custom center island was designed with detail in mind. The top drawers are lined in pink velvet and the island’s top is glass, enabling Parcell to see her drawer-housed jewelry collection in its entirety.
A sectioned off corner of the space is dubbed the “shoe room” and features a pink ottoman and custom shelves built at heights to properly house Parcell’s enviable collection.
Styled as if a hip boutique, the closet doubles as a workspace for Parcell where she drafts new posts for her wildly popular fashion blog.
