Inside a Renovated 19th-Century Home With a Fresh New Look
After covering many interiors from the land Down Under, we've come to the conclusion that Australian homes are ridiculously cool, this renovated 1880s home included. It's the abundance of light, the open-plan design, the use of natural materials, and the mix of vintage with contemporary pieces that draw us in every time. The homeowners enlisted the help of architect Stuart Vokes to create their dream abode, fusing the best of old and new with a flexible living area, new kitchen, and fantastic views, all housed in the original Queenslander style.
