Inside Scott Disick's Sprawling $8.8 Million Home
Lord Disick's sprawling Hidden Hills home is officially on the market. The father of three has listed the seven-bedroom, seven-bathroom home for a cool $8.8 million after less than a year of occupancy. Disick originally bought the home for $5.96 million in December of 2015, a marked decrease from his current asking price.
Disick intentionally purchased the home in the same neighborhood as Kardashian matriarch Kris Jenner in an effort to be close to his ex-girlfriend Kourtney Kardashian and their children: Mason, Penelope, and Reign. He reportedly spent months perfecting the 8110-square-foot home for his three kids.
The results are stunning: The sun-soaked estate features large floor-to-ceiling windows, dark wood floors, marble countertops, and a lush backyard complete with a pool. The expansive layout houses a chef's kitchen, a great room, a wine cellar, a game room, two master suites, two walk-in closets (where Disick reportedly organized his clothing based on casualwear and formalwear), and two large bathrooms. Disick is also said to have added Carrara marble fireplaces, custom-made white-linen window treatments, a camera system, and mood lighting in each room. "I kinda like that it feels like a Hamptons house," said Disick of the home in a recent episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians. "The nice part is the view here."
