Step Inside the Ultimate Supermodel Home
Today marks the start of Paris Fashion Week, the last stop on the Fashion Month circuit, and to celebrate all of the chic looks about to come down the runway, we thought it was the perfect time to take a peek at some of the gorgeous homes owned by the world’s top models. From Karlie Kloss to Elle Macpherson, we’re sharing our favorite rooms from the homes of fashion’s favorite ladies. Scroll on to take a full tour of this stylish dream home.
Designed by Nate Berkus Associates, this welcoming vignette in Karlie Kloss’ New York apartment is the perfect composition to greet the model and her guests. The space is a perfectly layered combination of lighting, accessories, and furniture, and we particularly love the mix of materials and textures.
Moving on to our supermodel dream house living room, we love the relaxed yet stylish vibe of icon Cindy Crawford’s Los Cabos, Mexico home featured in Architectural Digest. Saturated pillows in rich colors liven up the mainly neutral upholstery, while the beamed ceiling adds an interesting element. The floor-to-ceiling doors opening up to the striking patio doesn’t hurt either.
We adore the sexy drama of the dining room design in Molly Sims’ Los Angeles home, especially since the dark painted walls and a striking chandelier are balanced by layered rugs and graphic upholstery. This is certainly a room we could sit in for hours, lingering over a meal with friends, and is the perfect, unexpected space for our ultimate model home.
Multi-talented Chrissy Teigen is not only the funniest model on Twitter, but is also a talented cook who shares her recipes on her blog, so it only makes sense that the kitchen in our model dream home be hers. Featured in Architectural Digest, the stunning modern space boasts plenty of workspace for Teigen to test new recipes, and its open plan makes it the perfect space for entertaining.
Featured on One Kings Lane, the home of model Erin Wasson is full of collected and interesting treasures. We love the chaotic beauty of Wasson’s well-loved office space, where the model opted to flank her minimal desk with a pair of potted cacti.
Moving into the bedroom, we are smitten with the look of model Jessica Stam’s New York abode, where subtle Art Deco references combine with classic comforts like plush silk throw pillows and cozy quilts. Shimmering wallpaper creates a glamorous backdrop and a smart use of sconces above the nightstands helps save valuable space by preventing the need for table lamps.
From the bedroom we move into the stunning closet of British babe Rosie Huntington-Whiteley. Featured on The Coveteur, the model’s space is a gorgeous, girly dream where a fluffy ivory rug grounds a seating area with a vintage French sofa and onyx-top coffee table, all illuminated by a breathtaking crystal chandelier. Hello, dream closet!
In the country home of model Elle Macpherson, the master bath features colorful tile and side-by-side sinks. What we love most about the space is the claw-foot tub situated next to floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking a lake. This space is one relaxing retreat, perfect for some fashion royalty rest and relaxation.
Moving outside to the last space in our ultimate model home, we’re opting to spend some time in the French-inspired pool house of Gisele Bündchen. The calming retreat, adjacent to the refreshing pool and spa, has plenty of space for chilling out on one of the chaise lounges, while the shaded space is the perfect place to watch a movie al fresco or light a fire in the stone hearth to unwind after a busy day of being beautiful.
