This Modern (and Tasty) Take on Matzo Is a Must-Try

The Brooklyn-based brand just released their modern, and most importantly, delicious take on your standard matzo, which is originally made with just flour and water. The Matzo Project's artisanal, small-batch creations are the next generation of matzo—salt and oil are added to the dough—meant to be your new favorite cracker. Take your pick from toppings like white and milk chocolate pecan or dark chocolate almond butter crunch. Standard flavors include salted, everything, and cinnamon-sugared and are the perfect accompaniment to any condiment. Better than the matzo itself may be the playful branding featured on the on the box, which is designed to pay homage to all the stylish, funny, and fierce "Jewish Grandmas" out there. Passover just got a bit more playful.
