Tina Fey Scoops Up New Condo in Manhattan

Although she may not be hosting tonight’s Golden Globe Awards with her gal pal Amy Poehler, Tina Fey does have reason to celebrate. Earlier this week, the Sisters star purchased a new apartment in New York City. The $9.51 million West Side co-op is located directly above the current home she shares with her husband, Jeff Richmond. Both of the 10-room apartments are almost identical and have four bedrooms with four-and-a-half bathrooms. Although Fey has not made her plans for the space clear, the Observer seems to think that she will turn the two apartments into one massive duplex. The pre-war co-op’s unit has 22 windows, a private elevator landing, and two wood-burning fireplaces. Take a look at a few images of the staged place below.

Tina Fey’s 30 Rock character, Liz Lemon, attempted to convert her West Side duplex on the show. Watch all the laughs by getting the complete series on DVD.

Who do you think Fey should hire to decorate?
