Hiring Managers Are Looking for People With This Degree

Looking to take the leap into the career of your dreams? A new study shows that hiring managers are searching for candidates with a specific skill set, and that one degree in particular could put you ahead of other candidates in search of a job. The National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE) spoke to 201 companies to find out what degree majors they are most interested in. Taking the number one spot for undergraduate placements was an accounting degree, with a massive 48% of employers revealing they're searching for people with the coveted degree. If accounting isn't your dream career, don't worry. NACE canvassed employers from a wide range of fields, from pharmaceutical company Procter & Gamble to department store Macy's.
