Your Guide to Prepping the Perfect Guest Room
With summer just around the corner, 'tis officially the season for out-of-town guests, and as a result, we've found ourselves refreshing our hosting toolkit. Yes, it's important to stock the bar with your friends' favorites and double-check your coffee and croissant supply. And of course--you'll want to make the bed with your very best freshly-starched linens. But it's the little touches that really separate the run-of-the-mill host and hostess from the ones deserving of "the mostest" title. Below, we've compiled our favorite ways to say welcome, from Steven Alan's indigo-shaded handcrafted Japanese carafe (a must for your guest's middle-of-the-night thirst-quenching needs), to Muji's summery gingham slippers (an alluring invitation to get out of bed).
