Cue "One Week" by Barenaked Ladies and Joan Jett's "Bad Reputation": The home featured in the iconic '90s teen movie 10 Things I Hate About You with Julia Stiles, Heath Ledger, and Larisa Oleynik is on the market. Yes, you can own the home where Kat and Patrick shared one of their first kisses on the wraparound porch after their paintball match, where Bianca was forced to wear the pregnancy suit before prom, and where Kat had a heart-to-heart with her dad and learned she was accepted to Sarah Lawrence, all for the price of $1.6 million. As Entertainment Weekly reports, the classic, five-bedroom Victorian house located in Tacoma, Washington, (the movie was set in Seattle) is on the market for the first time in 30 years. Built in 1907, the 5760-square-foot home still features original Victorian woodwork, like the carved wood staircase and railing, plus stained-glass windows and built-in cabinets. Check out the iconic Stratford residence below, and see if you can pinpoint scenes from the '90s movie.
