 Allison spent over a decade working in NYC kitchens and was the owner of the well-known Robicelli's Bakery. She's authored three books on food and travel, and has worked extensively as a freelance writer. Her work has appeared in The Washington Post, Food & Wine Magazine, Bon Appetit, Food Network, Eater and more. Outside of writing helpful how-tos for MyDomaine, she is a regular columnist for Serious Eats, and the staff writer/resident cooking expert for The Takeout.
