From Jessica Alba to Naya Rivera, we've loved the chance to step outside the
MyDomaine office and inside the glamorous sanctuaries of our favorite celebrites. Our voyeuristic dreams came true when we toured the bright and eccentric dressing room of creator, Girls Lena Dunham and we relived our teenage fantasies when Ben Mckenzie of fame invited us into his California bachelor pad. The O.C. Scroll down to take the tours.
He's come a long way since the troubled orphan from the wrong side of the tracks in The O.C. but while his career is on the right track, his
Hollywood Hills home "was starting to get embarrassing." So after meeting our editor-at-large, Mat Sanders of Consort Design, Ben knew it was time to redecorate his L.A. home into an oasis he'd be proud to show off. This sentimental space is definitely a stylish sanctuary where he can escape the flash of the papparazi downtown.

Constance Zimmer, star of Entourage and , is known for her intense characters on screen, but her warm and personal L.A. home unveils a very relaxed and casual persona. Each piece has been hand selected for its story or personality, from the midcentury-modern furniture to the art deco and the Spanish décor, everything works together even though in theory, it really shouldn't. unREAL

When comedy writer, Erin Foster moved from her West Hollywood home of 10 years into her glam Beverly Hills residence, she called in not one, but three interior designers to transform it into a chic abode with a "cohesive and grown-up aesthetic." Over two months, Estee Stanley, Mat Sanders of Consort Design, and Brandon Quattrone, of
Spruce gave it a cool makeover that upped the value and helped foster her own unique style at the same time.

When Jessica Alba enlised Consort Design to redecorate her two-bedroom home in Los Angeles into a vacation rental and guesthouse, she wanted a maritime look with a “nautical jewel box” aesthetic. The end result is a hotel house mash up with a cozy and luxurious vibe. “I travel a lot and if there was a house like mine to stay in instead of a hotel, I would want to stay in my house,” she explains. “So I’m just thinking of someone who travels and who wants a cozy but luxurious and safe place to be. That’s sort of the vibe.”

The challenge in redecorating the home of
Fall Out Boy guitarist Joe Trohman and his wife Marie Goble, was the process of combining furniture they'd collected along the way. These standout pieces held sentimental value for the creative couple and Trohman was "adamant about trying to make as much of it work as possible.” The end result is a highly eclectic mix of eras, styles, and genres with a “cool, thrown-together, slightly irreverent style.”
($790) Sorenthia Light
The home of
Bones star Michaela Conlin is every bit as striking as the actress herself. The 1930s residence worked on a slow and steady schedule with designer, Drew Lage to make sure they found the “right” pieces for each space. Her patience paid off with a stylish, comfortable and tranquil retreat for her to come home to.

Actress Sasha Alexander (
Shameless, Rizzoli & Isles) and her husband, director Edoardo Ponti worked closely with interior designer, Estee Stanley to create this stunning light-filled space, but it wasn't always this bright and airy. “It didn’t have a lot of light. It had a lot of dark, painted walls—like dark blues, reds, and oranges—so it felt a little like a caveman’s house,” Alexander says. The transformation involved stripping the house down "to its bare bones" and replacing literally everything that could be replaced. Stanley added all new doors, floors, bathrooms, and a new kitchen. "We did literally everything,” she says.

Glee star Naya Rivera created a gender neutral nursery with designer, Angelo Surmelis. The simple color palete was contrasted with graphic elements and a fun animal theme, but the standout was that adorable black and white teepee which Rivera says was the inspiration behind it all. “I actually was really inspired by the teepee and sort of built the room around that,” Rivera tells us. “Then I stayed within the color palette of black, white, cream, and gray.”

Lena Dunham sure knows how to surprise and delight on screen, and it seems her off screen persona is just as clever, stylish, smart and quirky—that's if her
New York dressing room is anything to go by. The Girls creator worked with her assistant and friend Liz Watson to create “a serene yet playful space that felt like home" and we couldn't be more in love with the bright color clash, fun pattern mix, and artistic gallery wall. Who could possibly get writers block in this creative space.
