In a poignant interview with Maria Shriver, actress and comedian Amy Schumer opens up about her personal struggle with body-image issues. Schumer explains that before she met her stylist, Leesa Evans, she didn’t really know how to dress and felt discouraged by shopping. She also says that her lack of body confidence negatively influenced her little sister, which is why she’s launched a style-fund initiative to help women everywhere feel better about their bodies. Amy Schumer: Live at the Apollo premieres on HBO tonight, but if you want to see a more serious side to the star, watch the video. She manages to come across as moving and funny at the same time.
