Parisian interior designer India Mahdavi transformed this traditional farmhouse in Connecticut into a piece of contemporary art. The original bones of the home have been preserved, including the high barn ceilings and exposed timber, but the unique designer furniture gives it a chic urban twist. From the iconic Hans Wegner Papa Bear and Wishbone chairs in the dining room to the raffia cloud pendant lamp by the Campana brothers in the kitchen, this home is truly a work of art. But there's more. The homeowners (art collectors from London), dedicated an entire room to an installation by famed contemporary artist, James Turrell.
