It's no secret that Real Housewives star and Skinnygirl founder Bethenny Frankel is a savvy business owner, but it appears she's also a budding real estate mogul, too. After selling her TriBeCa apartment for $6.95 million, Frankel purchased a luxurious two-bedroom loft in SoHo, Manhattan. Now, she's looking to sell the second property and, in the meantime, has listed the first for rent for a cool $13,500 a month.

The spacious home mirrors Frankel's penchant for luxury. According to Elle Decor, it features high arched windows that drench the space in natural light, a wood-burning fireplace, a balcony, and marble countertops. Perhaps one of the biggest selling points is the expansive walk-in shoe closet and hotel-style master bathroom with a soaking tub and steam shower.
