After months of speculation, entertainment's quintessential power couple has officially put down roots in Los Angeles. As Business Insider reports, Beyoncé and Jay-Z closed on an $88 million Bel-Air compound, taking out a casual $52.8 million mortgage from Goldman Sachs (which equates to a $149,600 monthly payment). Designed by architect Paul McLean and property developer Dean McKillen, the eight-bedroom, 11-bathroom ultra-modern home is exactly where you'd expect the family of five to live. The compound is split into six different glass-walled structures and covers over 30,000 square feet of living space. Four outdoor pools, a spa and wellness center, a full-size basketball court, and a 15-car garage encircle the space, making it every bit the luxurious dream home you'd imagine the family to inhabit.
