As if she wasn't busy enough, actress, aspiring media mogul, and mother of two Blake Lively has added another role to her résumé: interior designer. Lively took to Instagram to share her passion for decorating. "I design my friends homes. For free. Of all the bad decisions I've made, this may be the most fun," she wrote, posting a picture of fabric swatches and furniture catalogs.
This isn't Lively's first side hustle, Vogue Living points out. In 2014, the 30-year-old launched Preserve, a lifestyle website that aimed to spotlight artisans. Although it closed a year later, Lively told Stylist that running a business has always been an interest. "I love [business,] but I think it's more innate for me; it's not something I went to college for," she said in the interview. "I've always been hungry for knowledge and experience so I rely heavily on friends, loved ones and people that I look up to."
While Lively's interior design services aren't available for hire, the actress did provide hints about her favorite decor brands. She tagged New York–based handmade furniture brand Dmitriy & Co in the post, suggesting it's just one of her go-to sources for gorgeous finds.
