There are some learning styles that you may identify with more than others. "Everyone learns and communicates differently," he explains. You could be an auditory learner who benefits from listening to information in order to process it, or you could be a visual learner who best understands through seeing the information. Understanding how your own brain works will set you up for success by tuning you into what your brain needs.
It's Never Too Late to Learn Something New
New knowledge is created by building on what you already know, meaning if you educate yourself now, your brain will be better suited to learning more in the future. "If you have a goal or specific target and can combine repeatable tasks, it will consolidate memory in your brain and improve executive function," Tadi explains. This is helpful to keep in mind when you create goals for yourself in your career and personal life.
Physical Activity Strengthens Your Brain, Too

"Physical activity stimulates the release of growth factors—chemicals that affect the health of brain cells, the growth of new blood vessels, and even the abundance and survival of new brain cells," he explains.
