Peter Lauer 2013 "Barrel X" Riesling
Peter Lauer 2013 "Barrel X" Riesling $19

Riesling isn’t always on the top of our wine list since it can lean a little syrupy sweet, but when you find a good one, never let it go. This one is delicious. It has a delightful minerality with citrus and green apple notes.

Bonterra Organically Grown Chardonnay
Bonterra Organically Grown Chardonnay $14

Organic wine is on the rise, and there are a few standout brands we love. This one is definitely our favorite. The rich buttery beginning quickly turns into a honey finish with a hint of oak. You’ll want more than one glass.

Truvée Chardonnay 2014
Truvée Chardonnay $17

This chardonnay is definitely one of the best flavors for the price: a fruity combo of fresh pear, white peach, and Fuji apple with an oaky finish and hints of lemon zest.

Txomin Etxaniz Getaria White Wine 2014
Txomin Etxaniz Getaria White Wine $20

Frey Organic Pinot Noir
Frey Organic Pinot Noir $18

You can be certain that Frey, one of America’s largest and oldest organic vineyards, has perfected its flavor profiles after 30 years. This one is light and delicate with strawberry, mint, and pomegranate flavors. Frey’s sustainable practice makes you feel good while you’re drinking it too.

Toasted Head Chardonnay
Toasted Head Chardonnay $10

We saved the best for last. This doesn’t look pretty, and it is insanely cheap (we’ve even found it for $8 in some places), but Toasted Head should never be underestimated. Made in the Dunnigan Hills of Yolo County, California, this chardonnay is creamy, oaky, and fruity with white peach and Asian pear. It’s so delicious.
