Just over a month after listing her Park Slope co-op, actress, designer, and fashion It girl Chloë Sevigny has cashed in to the tune of $2.75 million, 6sqft reports. The four-bedroom, 2100-square-foot home at 9 Prospect Park West is just as chic as you’d expect, housing unique artwork, modern furniture, and rows of books hand-selected by Sevigny. The ’90s fashion icon reportedly purchased the home for just over $2 million back in 2013 after deciding to leave her East Village apartment, allegedly because the neighborhood “had become like a frat house.” While there’s no word on where the indie actress is headed next, we expect she’ll make the move to an even lower-profile Brooklyn neighborhood.
