Inside a Bright Santa Barbara Home Where Color Reigns

"The space has a warmth to it that feels lived-in and not so shiny new," says Taylor of Taylor Anne Interiors. "We used vintage knobs and pulls from Liz's Antique Hardware in L.A. and a perfect Farrow & Ball green/blue on the cabinets."

Natural baskets and woven chairs provide texture and create a neutral base palette. 

Warm, neutral hues like gold and caramel create an inviting dining nook. 

Taylor describes this room as "black, white, and youthful." Want to re-create the look? "Phillip Jeffries wallpaper lines the walls while an Ann Sacks subway tile and Waterworks black/white/beige hex pack a punch on the floor," she says.

Plush, white bedding and an embroidered headboard create a serene space. 

"My personal directive was to open up the living and kitchen areas so the space felt brighter and more inviting," the interior designer explains. "I added beams in the living room to add height and a little architectural interest."

Fuchsia flowers add a jolt of vibrant color to the charcoal living room.
