Kim Robinson, an advanced dermal and laser therapist at Face Plus Medispa, recently revealed her top skincare hacks with Vogue—but here's the kicker: You can find some of these natural remedies for hiding dark circles in your fridge. If you've been seeking a solution for faking a full night's rest, keep reading for three ways to get rid of dark circles using products from your own pantry.

Extra-Virgin Coconut Oil

A miracle ingredient that saves everything from dry winter skin to our hair to our memory, extra-virgin coconut oil can also help reduce the appearance of dark circles. Lightly massage the oil into your under-eye area two to three times per day, and repeat for two to three weeks until you notice an improvement in the skin.


As stereotypical as it sounds, cucumbers really do help heal dark circles in addition to soothing the skin. Slice the vegetable into one-centimeter-thick slices, place them in the refrigerator for 30 minutes, and then cover your eyes with the chilled slices for 10 minutes. Repeat this spa-like treatment twice a day for a week.

Tomato and Lemon Juice

These two ingredients don't just sound delicious in a juice—together, they can help alleviate the weary skin beneath your eyes. Mix one teaspoon of fresh tomato juice and a half-teaspoon of fresh lemon juice, then apply the concoction under your peepers and let it sit for 10 minutes before washing off. Do this twice a day for two to three weeks to help the dark circles fade away.
