This Detox Dinner Has 70,000 Saves on Pinterest (It'll Help You Get in Shape)

Sometimes, your weekend consists of little more than eating and drinking in different locations. If that sounds familiar this Monday morning, look no further than Eat Yourself Skinny's detox salad. "It's packed with so many nutrients and gives me that extra boost needed to get my body feeling normal and healthy again," writes Kelly, the mind behind the Eat Yourself Skinny food blog. "I just love making this because I can easily just throw everything into my food processor, blend away and I'm done." Kelly isn't the only one who's a fan; the recipe has garnered nearly 70,000 saves on Pinterest. Below, check out Kelly's recipe for her all-time favorite detox salad, and be sure to check out her food blog.

Broccoli florets
Brussels sprouts, roughly chopped
Red cabbage, roughly chopped
Carrots, roughly chopped
Fresh parsley
Sunflower seeds

For the dressing:

Olive oil
Lemon juice
Fresh ginger, peeled and grated
Dijon mustard
Honey (or maple syrup)
Sea salt

Using a food processor, process all the veggies up to the parsley until finely chopped and mix together in a large bowl. This may take a few batches.

Add almonds to the food processor and pulse, until roughly chopped, and mix in with the salad along with the sunflower seeds.
