There's no way we can pull off a farmhouse vibe here in the city of Los Angeles, but we can't help but admire it when we see it done well. (And then there's also those #LifeGoals of ours that get us dreaming: having a weekend home of our own.) Antiques dealer and interior designer Eduardo Arruga really gave the word "farmhouse" a good name with the design of his holiday house in Empordà, Spain, which was recently featured in Nuevo Estilo. Mixing unprecious upholstered seating with worn wood furniture, elegant lamps, and traditional artwork, he's created a home that's cozy, sophisticated, and most of all, welcoming.
