When supermodel Erin Heatherton isn't strutting the runways for Marc Jacobs, Victoria's Secret, or Chanel, she's apparently having get-togethers at her West Village condo. The Illinois native has reportedly received noise complaints from her neighbors in Morton Square, ultimately prompting her to list her two-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom sanctuary for $2.9 million after just four years. Her stylish complex sits on downtown New York City's historic cobblestone streets, lining the Hudson River. Heatherton gut-renovated the condo upon moving in, managing to raise the ceilings and add wooden beams throughout the spacious living room. Her décor gives the sleek condo a distinctly eclectic feel, with velvet furniture, framed wall art, and lots of greenery dominating the space. With a striated marble bathroom, a Japanese soaking tub, a 24-hour doorman, a fitness center, and an on-site parking garage, the condo won't be on the market for long.
