When supermodel Erin Heatherton isn't strutting the runways for Marc Jacobs, Victoria's Secret, or Chanel, she's having parties at her West Village condo. The Illinois native has reportedly received noise complaints from her neighbors in Morton Square, ultimately prompting her to list her two-bedroom, two-and-a-half bathroom sanctuary for $2.9 million after just four years. Her stylish complex sits on downtown New York City's historic cobblestone streets, lining the Hudson River. Heatherton gut-renovated the condo upon moving in, managing to raise the ceilings and add wooden beams throughout the spacious living room. Her décor gives the sleek condo a distinctly eclectic feel, with velvet furniture, framed wall art, and lots of greenery dominating the space. With a striated marble bathroom, a Japanese soaking tub, a 24-hour doorman, a fitness center, and an on-site parking garage, the condo won't be on the market for long.
