With a new baby on the way, Eva Longoria is looking to sell her 8603-square-foot home in the Hollywood Dell neighborhood of Los Angeles. The actress purchased the house back in 2006 for a cool $3.6 million, Elle Decor reports. Now, she's listed the property for just under $3.3 million after originally setting the price at $3.795 million back in March.

The six-bedroom, six-bath Hollywood Hills home is three stories of contemporary Mediterranean style. It offers a stunning master bedroom complete with a fireplace, an extra large bath, and his and hers closets. There's also a den, bonus room, office, exercise room, and wine cellar, of course. Tall ceilings make the entire property look and feel spacious while a serene backyard offers ample space for entertaining and lounging (along with a lap-sized swimming pool and jacuzzi). The property also offers sweeping views of the city.
