Faith is the former editorial director at Byrdie and is currently Bustle Digital Group's executive beauty director. Prior to joining Byrdie, Faith was a staff editor for L’Oréal’s beauty website Makeup.com, where she oversaw editorial strategy and daily content production. After a brief stint at Angeleno magazine, she realized her heart was in digital. Her first job, ghost-writing for a major beauty YouTuber, was how her love for beauty began—and where she discovered the power of social media. Faith has a BA in Communications from the University of Southern California, and now counts Brooklyn as home.
